“We had a new flat roof and pitched roof installed because the flat roof had started to leak, and the pitched roof was long overdue for replacement. Once the flat roof was stripped, it became evident that the timber underneath was in very poor condition, which was also replaced as part of the property maintenance process. 

The finished job looks very professional and has greatly enhanced the appearance of our property, especially the pitched roof. 

During the roofing services, there was an issue due to heavy downpours, and some water entered our shower room, damaging the ceiling. When I contacted Michael, he came out immediately in very poor weather with his team to resolve the issue. He took full responsibility without hesitation, and the ceiling was cleaned, resealed, and repainted at no extra cost.
